    Planned maintenance - 03.12.2024 during period between 07:00 p.m. and 09:00 p.m.

    Dear Customers,

    Due to scheduled maintenance on 03.12.2024 during the period between 07:00 p.m. - 09:00 p.m. there might be some difficulties in the functionality of the PSD2 API.

    DSK Bank apologizes in advance for the inconveniences caused during the maintenance and kindly asks for your understanding.

    DSK BANK - IT Service Disaster Recovery (DR) - November 2024

    Dear customers,
    We would like to inform you that according to DSK BANK’s IT Service Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), we are scheduled to perform a planned test of the critical and important services of the Bank : 

    •    Data Centre Back-up Switchover - 08.11.2024 10:30 PM EET – 09.11.2024 04:30 AM EET
    •    Back to work in the Main Data Centre - 09.11.2024 10:30 PM EET – 10.11.2024 04:30 AM EET

    In this case PSD2 API will work with interruption in the period.

    In our strive to improve our customer experience, we are planning a technical upgrade of our banking system from 8:30 pm on Friday, August 2, till 8 pm on Saturday, August 3, 2024.

    We will have temporary interruptions in AIS and PIS  API in this period.
